Food & Hospitality Queensland returns with Café & Coffee Experience

Food & Hospitality Queensland 2026 returns on 12-13 October at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Food & Hospitality Queensland and the co-located Café & Coffee Experience will return to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on 12–13 October, bringing together thousands of hospitality and foodservice professionals for two days of product launches, networking and education.

The event has grown into one of the state’s key trade gatherings, giving operators a chance to compare suppliers, test new equipment and track shifts in consumer demand. This year’s show will bring together more than 170 exhibitors spanning food and beverage, commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality technology, packaging and other essentials.

A dedicated play for the café sector

Running alongside it, Café & Coffee Experience is aimed squarely at the state’s café and coffee sector — a category that has kept expanding even as broader hospitality trading conditions tighten. Café owners, roasters and bakery operators will find suppliers covering specialty coffee, tea, food, packaging and equipment, with an emphasis on ideas that can lift quality and margins without a major capital outlay.

Together, the two events form what organisers describe as the state’s most comprehensive hospitality trade gathering, drawing visitors from restaurants, cafés, hotels, pubs, clubs, institutional catering, retail and wholesale.

The program extends beyond the exhibition floor, with live demonstrations, competitions and education sessions featuring chefs and industry figures, pitched at giving attendees practical takeaways rather than abstract trend talk.

For operators weighing up next season’s menu, new suppliers or equipment upgrades, the show offers a rare chance to see products side by side in one place.

Registration is open now at foodandhospitality.com.au, with organisers encouraging early sign-up given the scale of this year’s exhibitor list.
