Crown Sydney will bring together its collection of restaurants for a rare collaborative dining experience this October, featuring dishes from some of Australia’s most celebrated kitchens under one roof.

The ‘Degustation at Epicurean’, running October 23-25, will showcase signature dishes from Crown Sydney’s renowned dining venues, including Nobu’s miso cod, a’Mare’s trottole pesto, and favourites from Woodcut, Icebergs Harbour Bar, and Golden Century.

The premium buffet-style event allows guests to move between chef stations and sample the diverse culinary offerings in a single sitting.

The collaboration will feature an impressive lineup of Australia’s top chefs working together, including Woodcut’s Ross Lusted, a’Mare’s Alessandro Pavoni, Nobu Head Chef Harold Hurtada, Golden Century’s Billy Wong, and Icebergs Executive Chef Alex Pritchard across the three nights.

“Crown Sydney houses some of the country’s most acclaimed restaurants under one roof,” said culinary director Sarah Briegel. “This will be a unique culinary experience, taking in some of the most renowned kitchens in Australia – not to be missed.”

Briegel noted the rare opportunity for the awarded chefs to collaborate, adding, “It’s not often you get this many top chefs in the same kitchen!”

The ticketed experience is priced at $295 per person, with drinks charged separately. Two seatings will be offered nightly at 5.30pm and 8.30pm, with limited tickets available through the Crown Sydney website.

Located in Barangaroo, Crown Sydney has established itself as a premier dining destination since its opening in December 2020, featuring multiple award-winning restaurants.
