Metcash Food Service & Convenience has celebrated a significant turning point in its business evolution, hosting its first national sales conference that unified the Superior Food Services and Campbells operations under one banner.
The early November gathering brought together sales teams and key suppliers from across Australia, signalling the company’s commitment to creating a more integrated and efficient foodservice distribution network.
“This conference marked an important milestone for our business,” said Craig Phillips, CEO of Metcash Food Service & Convenience. “It was the first time our entire national sales network came together under one roof, and the energy and collaboration throughout the event truly reflected the strength and dedication of our team.”
The conference featured keynote presentations and culminated in a gala awards evening that recognised excellence across the business and its supplier partners. Primo Foods and Envirochoice were named 2025 category winners for their collaborative approach and proactive partnership.
A major partner showcase on the final morning highlighted new products, deals and incentives, drawing enthusiastic responses from attendees and demonstrating the opportunities created by the consolidated structure.
