Grill’d accelerates celebrity partnership with Oscar Piastri’s return burger

Oscar Piastri teams up with Grill’d to bring back his fan-favourite burger reimagined for the end of the F1 season.

Grill'd accelerates celebrity partnership with Oscar Piastri's return burger

Australian healthy burger chain Grill’d is doubling down on sports marketing with the return of its limited-edition Oscar Piastri 81 Burger, now available in restaurants.

The Melbourne-based chain is reviving its collaboration with Formula 1 driver Oscar Piastri, following what the company describes as strong customer demand for the burger since its initial launch in March.

The updated version features a 100% Australian grass-fed, free-range beef patty served on Grill’d’s signature charcoal bun with papaya sesame seeds, topped with crispy bacon, aged cheddar, shredded carrot, cos lettuce, Spanish onion, and the brand’s ‘supercharged OP chipotle mayo’.

Priced at $18.50 for the standalone burger, the offering positions itself as a performance-focused menu item, delivering 61% of the recommended daily protein intake while remaining low in sugar. Grill’d is also offering a $27.90 combo pack that includes the burger, snack chips, chipotle dip, and a Remedy Blood Orange Sodaly.

“We know that athletes love and prefer Grill’d because of our performance and nutritional benefits, but most importantly, they love the taste,” said Simon Crowe, Grill’d’s founder and managing director. The partnership leverages both brands’ Melbourne origins and targets performance-conscious consumers during the F1 season.

The campaign extends beyond the limited-time menu addition, with Grill’d planning exclusive deals for its Relish loyalty program members throughout the remainder of the F1 season.
