New program launches for owners looking to break free from daily ops

Hospitality business owners across Australia and New Zealand now have access to a structured path out of the daily grind, thanks to a new program from veteran industry consultant James O’Connell.

The BLUEPRINT Programme, launching with limited places to maintain coaching quality, promises to show restaurant, cafe, and bar owners how to install the systems that transform owner-dependent operations into profitable, system-driven businesses.

O’Connell, who became Australasia’s first hospitality business coach 25 years ago, has built his reputation on a consistent claim: most hospitality operators believe 5% or 10% net operating profit is impossible – but they’re wrong.
